PPSC Syllabus 

for Tehsildar BS-16 / Naib Tehsildar BS-14

There will be two papers of Tehsildar and Naib Tehsildar:

There are : 

1. English 100 marks

2. General Knowledge + IT 100 marks 

Passing Criteria: 

You have to pass both papers. 

passing  marks 40% in English Paper

passing  40$ in Gk Paper 

overall 50% marks are measured to be short listed for next phase that is Interview / Viva Voce. 

It means you have to score at least 100 combine 

Short listing :

For Tehsildar : 

                    There are 58 seat of Tehlisdar , so per seat 5 candidate will be called for interview .

58 * 5 = 290 

top 290 candidates will be called for interview and finally 58 lucky people will be recommended for posting 

for Niab Tehsildar : 

                    There are 164 seats of Niab Tehsildar so, 

                        164 * 5 = 820 

top 820 candidates will be called for interview and finally 164 will be recommended.

Goal : 

        Now set you goal not to just pass the paper by securing 50 - 60 marks but try hard to put name in the list of these 290 or 820 candidates.

English

MCQs Paper - 100 marks 

English Paper based on English Grammar and Composition. consist of following portions:

1.     Grammar Tenses 

2.    Synonyms / Antonyms 

3.    Direct / Indirect 

4.     Active / Passive Voice 

5.    Preposition

6.     Sentence Correction 

7.    Analogy / Grouping of words

Syllabus for paper 2
General Knowledge / IT

This paper is divided into two parts: 

1. General Knowledge 70%

2. IT                             30%

                                        It will include following portions

1.    Islamic Studies 

2.    Pakistan Studies 

3.    General Knowledge 

4.    Current Affairs 

5.     Every day Science 

6.     Urdu

2. IT                         30%

Syllabus of it includes 

1.     Fundamental of Computer 

2.     social network sites , founder , HQ 

3.     Knowledge of MS Word 

4.     Knowledge of MS Excel 

5.      Knowledge of MS Power point 

6.     MS Office Shortcut Keys and there uses 

7.     Internet basic Knowledge 

8.     Email Address
